About Twin Rivers
Welcome to Twin Rivers, Manatee County's
newest and most breathtaking neighborhood. Nestled between the Manatee River

Twin Rivers is being developed by Larry D'Urso through
CounTreeWide Realty, Inc., a leader in Manatee residential

amenities that will be desirable by families. We then do the planning for the
property to best create a community atmosphere to be proud of. Prior Manatee

We progress to development, creating the roads and infrastructure; and we
market directly to the consumer who hand picks the homesite to build on, now or
later. To help with those customers that wish to build immediately we work with
a select group of builders to provide models and plans that best create a vast
selection of choices—our
Preferred Builders. Customers, however, are
not required to choose from this recommended group.
